Rental Items

Rental items are to be paid for prior to delivery/pick up. Items can be delivered and picked up for an additional charge which will be based on distance. 

 

Refunds

No refunds on rental items.

 

Security Deposit 

​

Security deposit may be required for certain items. Your security deposit will be returned to you upon rental item return and inspection.  In the event that you would like to cancel your rental item order prior to delivery your full security deposit will be returned to you. 

 

Damage/Liabilities

​

Damage/Liabilities to décor rental items are outlined on contract. Please read carefully prior to signing.

Contract and deposit

​

Contract and deposit payment must be submitted to secure event date. (Event styling services)

 

Event Styling ​

​

Event styling services require a 60% deposit, remaining amount is due prior to setup on event day.
